Email that knows the customer behind the thread.

TAO connects to Gmail and Outlook through proper OAuth, and shows each thread next to the customer, the workflow run, the invoice, and the calendar slot it actually relates to.

What you get on the email page

It is still your inbox — but each thread shows the operational record around it, so reply drafts and follow-ups happen with full context.

  • Threads grouped by customer, not just by sender.
  • Each thread links to the relevant workflow run and tasks.
  • Reply with full provider semantics (CC, BCC, attachments, signatures).
  • Provider data stays in your account. TAO never trains on it.

How Andy drafts a reply

Andy reads the thread plus the customer’s wider record, then drafts a reply you review before send. Nothing leaves your outbox without you saying yes.

  • Drafts match your voice from prior replies, not a generic template.
  • Pulls invoice numbers, dates, and references from the customer’s record.
  • Surfaces the right follow-up task alongside the draft.

How the company brain feeds it

The brain remembers who usually replies, what your tone tends to be, which threads led to which workflows. That memory makes the next draft sharper.

  • Prior threads with the same customer inform the new draft.
  • Your team’s voice is preserved without being copied verbatim.
  • Long-running negotiations stay coherent across months.
For technical readers

The email module exposes the same operational record to every other module — so a change here ripples into the relevant workflow, contact, and Andy context automatically. All writes back to providers (where applicable) go through the Approvals queue unless an operator-defined auto-approve rule applies.
