Three paths

Build it yourself, or build it with us.

TAO is a product and an implementation partner. Some teams want the workspace and controls. Others want help mapping their operating model and shipping the workspace alongside them. Both are valid.

Three paths through TAO

Beta · Self-serve

Build it yourself

For small teams that already know their workflows. We grant beta access; you configure the operating layer at your own pace. Andy, the modules, the SDK — all ready to shape.

Automation consultancy

For larger or more complex teams. A scoped conversation about your systems, where work gets stuck, and where AI safely belongs — before access is granted. Custom integrations, security review, rollout planning.

Frequently asked, honestly answered

Why is it invite-only right now?

The brain is most useful when it has real workspace context. We grant access in cohorts so we can keep the integration surface stable and the support attentive while we expand it.

Can we keep our existing email and accounting providers?

Yes — that is the point. TAO connects to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Xero, QuickBooks, and Current RMS. We do not replace those systems; we make the layer between them useful.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Provider data was always in your provider account; nothing changes there. The operational record TAO holds is exportable on request, and we delete it on request per the privacy policy.

For technical readers — implementation expectations

On the “done with you” path, expect a four-week shape: a week of operational discovery (we walk through your real workflows, your existing tools, where work gets stuck), a week of integration setup (OAuth flows, scope reviews, sandbox keys), a week of workspace configuration (modules, approval thresholds, team roles), and a week of supervised rollout. Enterprise pilots add a security review pass at the front.
