The modules

Your software works. It just doesn’t work together.

You already pay for good software. What costs you is the space between the pieces, and the person carrying every job across it. TAO puts one place on top of the tools you use, so your team works in a single window and the tools keep doing their jobs underneath. Nothing gets replaced. If your business needs something no tool does, we build it.

What a module is

A module is one clean window for one part of the work, sitting on top of the tool you already use for it.

Custom, when you need it

When your business needs something no tool does, we build that module. Same brain, same approvals, beside the rest.

01

A quoting module priced from your rental system

Availability and rates pulled live, the quote built the way you build it.

02

A roster that mirrors how your crews work

Who is on, who is where, what each job needs, in one view.

03

One of your processes, run end to end

From the first message to the last invoice, with Andy carrying it between steps.

Different for every person

Same business, same brain, three different views of it. Each person sees the modules their job needs and nothing they should not.

Not another tool. A better window onto the ones you already have.
How we think about modules

Questions people ask about modules

What are modules?

Modules are the working surfaces inside TAO: email, calendar, tasks, contacts and opportunities, messaging and more. Base modules come with every workspace. Custom modules are built when your business needs something no tool does, like automated quoting or invoice chasing that runs across several systems.

Which systems can you connect?

We already connect 134 systems across 21 categories, and the list grows every month. The integrations page lists them all. If you run something that is not listed, bring it to the call. If it has an interface, we can usually connect it.

Do we have to replace our software?

No. TAO connects to what you already use, two-way, through each system’s official access: Xero or MYOB, Google or Microsoft, WhatsApp, your job or rental system and the tools your industry runs on. Nothing is replaced. Each system keeps doing its job underneath, and your team works in one place on top.

Half an hour with the people who would build it. Then a proposal for exactly what TAO should take off your plate.
