Integrations

Keep the software you have. Lose the gaps between it.

Nothing gets replaced. TAO sits on top of the software your business already runs on and talks to it both ways, through each tool’s own official access, so the work flows between them without a person carrying it. More than 130 systems so far, across 21 categories. If yours is not listed, ask. Most tools with an interface can be connected.

Two-way, not import-export

A TAO connection is not a nightly spreadsheet.

Both directions, all the time

A booking made in your rental system shows up in your pipeline. An invoice raised in TAO lands in Xero. Nothing waits for a nightly export.

Official access, only what the job needs

Every connection goes through the tool’s own reviewed access, with the permissions listed and revocable by you.

Disconnect any time

Turn a connection off and your record stays in TAO. Nothing is held hostage.

Running something we have not listed?

This list is where we have already done the work, not the limit of it. New connections are part of what we build for clients every month. If the tool has an interface, we can usually reach it. Bring it to the discovery call.

Keep what works. We do the joining up.
How we think about integrations

Questions people ask about integrations

Which systems can you connect?

We already connect 134 systems across 21 categories, and the list grows every month. The integrations page lists them all. If you run something that is not listed, bring it to the call. If it has an interface, we can usually connect it.

Do we have to replace our software?

No. TAO connects to what you already use, two-way, through each system’s official access: Xero or MYOB, Google or Microsoft, WhatsApp, your job or rental system and the tools your industry runs on. Nothing is replaced. Each system keeps doing its job underneath, and your team works in one place on top.

Some of our process lives in spreadsheets and on paper. Is that a problem?

It is common and it is fine. Discovery maps those parts too, and they are often the first things that move into a module, because that is where the double handling and the missed steps tend to live.

One conversation about how your business works.

Half an hour with the people who would build it. Then a proposal for exactly what TAO should take off your plate.
