How it works

The last system you bought arrived as a login and a manual.

With TAO you do not lift a finger. One conversation, and our team takes it from there: learning how the business works, connecting what you already use, capturing the way you do things, and setting up every person on your team. They log in on day one to a TAO that already knows the business. Then we stay.

Three parts: discovery, build, connect and run

Discovery is one call. Build and connect happen on our side. Your team logs in on day one. How long the middle takes depends on how many systems and workflows are involved, so the timeline goes in the proposal, not in a promise here.

01

Discovery

One conversation

We learn how the business works, the tools it runs on and where the hours go. Then a proposal for exactly what TAO should take off your plate.

02

Build

Nothing lands on you

Your history and contacts brought across, the way you do things captured into the brain, every module set to how you work, every person set up with their own view.

  • Brain loaded
  • Modules set to how you work
  • Every person set up

03

Connect and run

Live from day one

Your tools connected two-way through their official access. Your team logs in to a TAO that already knows the business. Then we stay: something changes, we change it. Something breaks, we fix it.

What you never do

Everything the last system made you do, you will not do here. If it is on this list, it is our job.

Configure software.Move your own data across.Type your procedures into a system.Train your team from a manual.Chase a support ticket.Rebuild it when the business changes.

After day one, we stay

Support is part of the relationship, not an add-on. The same people who built your TAO look after it.

Something changes, we change itNew pricing, a new person, a new way of doing things. Tell us, or tell Andy, and it is done.
Something breaks, we fix itA connection drops, a tool changes its rules. Our team sees it, usually before you do.
New modules as you need themEveryday ones as they are ready. Custom ones when nothing off the shelf does the job.
One team, not a ticket queueThe people who built your TAO are the people who look after it.
You do not lift a finger. That is the whole point.
How we think about the engagement

Questions people ask about the engagement

What happens on a discovery call?

It is a short video call where we walk through how the business runs today: the systems, the people, where the hours go and where steps get missed. You leave with a clear picture of what TAO would do first and what it would cost. No slides and no obligation.

How long until we are using it?

After discovery we build the workspace and the first modules, connect your systems and load the company brain. The timeline depends on how many systems and workflows are involved, so we set it in the proposal rather than guessing here. Most businesses are working in TAO well before they expected to be.

What is included after go-live?

Support from the people who built your workspace, fixes from the development team, and changes as your business changes. Modules and workflows get added or adjusted over time rather than frozen at launch.

One conversation about how your business works.

Half an hour with the people who would build it. Then a proposal for exactly what TAO should take off your plate.
