Automate a job once. Yours to keep.
A workflow is one job TAO does on its own: something happens, and the work gets done. We build it, keep it running and fix it when an app changes. You pay for it once, never by the month.
Polite reminder sent on WhatsApp
Noted on the invoice in Xero
Something happens. The job gets done.
A few of the jobs businesses hand over first. Yours are built around how you work.
Automation that does not break.
Home-made automations stop the day an app changes. Ours are watched by the team that built them, and fixed before you notice.
You never had to do a thing.
Paid for once. Yours to keep.
There is no monthly charge for a workflow. We build it, and it keeps working for as long as you are on TAO.

You pay for a workflow once. It is yours.
Any app, any time.
Connect a new app yourself in a few clicks, or ask us to. We look after every connection, and apps new to TAO cost nothing to add.
Need something no app does?
We build it inside TAO as a custom module, connected to everything else. Prefer to make your own workflows? You can, at no charge.
Questions people ask about workflows
What is a workflow?
One job TAO does on its own: something happens, and the work gets done. For example, an invoice in Xero goes seven days overdue and the client gets a polite WhatsApp reminder, without anyone lifting a finger.
Do we pay for workflows every month?
No. A workflow is built once and paid for once. There is no monthly charge for it, and we keep it running for as long as you are on TAO.
Who builds and fixes the workflows?
We do. We build them for you, watch them, and fix them when an app changes, so nothing quietly stops working. You can also build your own at no charge.
Can we connect another app later?
Yes, any time. Connect it yourself in a few clicks, or ask us and we will do it for you. We look after every connection so it keeps working, and apps new to TAO cost nothing to connect.
Can you build something TAO does not have yet?
Yes. When a business needs something no app does, we build it inside TAO as a custom module, connected to everything else. A tuition centre with no scheduling software, for example, can get its own class timetable and bookings.
One conversation about how your business works.
Half an hour with the people who would build it. Then a proposal for exactly what TAO should take off your plate.
